Information We Collect
When you access our Site, contact us, or submit your information using a request form for an insurance quote (collectively, "Services"), we collect personal information about you. Personal information is information about an individual from which that person can be identified. We may also receive personal information about you from other sources. We may combine the personal information you provide to us with information that is collected through automated methods and with information we receive from other sources. Information we collect about you may include:
- When you request a quote: We collect personal information when you access certain parts of the Site and complete the required information request form and/or otherwise provide such information to us. As part of the quote request form, User may be required to submit, and we may collect, some or all of the following information: (a) the User’s e-mail address; (b) the User’s full name; (c) the User’s telephone number; (d) certain information pertaining to User’s vehicle and insurance needs; and (e) any other information collected via the quote request form. We use this personal information to connect you with an insurance company or other advertiser who can assist you in your insurance search, and for other matters described in this Notice.
- When you contact us: When you contact us with questions about our Services, our business, or other matters, we will use any personal information you provided us, including, for example, your name, email, and phone to resolve your request or answer your questions, or to provide additional information related to your inquiry. We may place you on our marketing list for information related to your inquiry or which we otherwise believe would be of interest to you, and we may otherwise use your personal information as described in this Notice. You will always have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us by following the instructions provided in our communication.
- Information we automatically collect through our Site and Services: As is true with many websites and applications, our Site automatically collects certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including details of your visits, including traffic data, location data (if enabled), logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on our Site, and information about your computer, mobile device, internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type. We also may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking).
The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:
- Web Beacons. Pages of the Site may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).
The information we collect automatically is only statistical data and does not include personal information, but we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve the Services and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

Use of Personal Information
By submitting your personal information by and through the Site, you agree that we may share, sell, rent, lease or otherwise provide that personal information to any Third-Party Service Providers to fulfil your request for an health insurance quote, any purpose permitted by law, and we may work with other businesses to bring selected third-party offers to you. These businesses and third-parties may include, but are not limited to: (a) insurance companies or providers of health insurance and other insurance-related products and/or services; (b) providers of direct marketing services and applications, including lookup and reference, data enhancement, suppression and validation; (c) email marketers; (d) telemarketers (where permitted by applicable law); (e) advertisers, and (f) other online aggregators/marketers. We may also use your personal information to send you promotional messages regarding our products and/or services, as well as third-party products and/or services that we think may be of interest to you.
These Third-Party Service Providers may send you information about products and services by telephone, text, fax, mail or email. If you use our Services, we will share your information, including name, address, email, telephone number, and date of birth, which you provided to us or that we obtained from third-party sources, with insurance companies or other third parties that may provide it to insurance companies. Insurance companies that receive your information may use it to assist in providing you offers for insurance. You further acknowledge and agree that each insurance company that receives your quote request from this website or from our affiliates may confirm your information through the use of a consumer reporting agency, which may include among other things, your driving record and/or credit score to determine eligibility and accurate rates. Additionally, if you use our Services, the data provided to insurance companies, either directly by us or through other third parties, may include your driving history, “driving score” and “risk score” that may be calculated by the insurance company.
We may also provide your information to third-party companies and individuals to perform certain functions on our behalf. Examples include sending direct and electronic mail, removing duplicate information from User lists, analyzing data and providing marketing analysis. The agents performing these limited functions on our behalf shall have access to our Users’ personal information as needed to perform these functions for us, but we do not permit them to use User personal information for other purposes.
Consent to Notifications
By submitting your personal information by and through the Site, and thereby providing your permission, you agree that such act constitutes an inquiry and/or application for purposes of the Amended Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR §310 et seq.), as amended from time to time (the "Rule") and applicable state do-not-call regulations. As such, notwithstanding that your telephone number may be listed on the Federal Trade Commission’s Do-Not-Call List, and/or on applicable state do-not-call lists, we retain the right to contact you via telemarketing in accordance with the Rule and applicable state do-not-call regulations.
Where you provide "prior express consent" within the meaning of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 USC § 227), and its implementing regulations adopted by the Federal Communications Commission (47 CFR § 64.1200), as amended from time-to-time ("TCPA"), you consent to receive telephone calls from us and/or its designated Third-Party Service Provider(s), including artificial voice calls, pre-recorded messages and/or calls (including SMS text messages) delivered via automated technology, to the telephone number(s) that you provided. Please note that you are not required to provide this consent in order to obtain access to the Site, and your consent simply allows us and its designated Third-Party Service Providers, as applicable, to contact you via these means.
We reserve the right to release current or past personal information: (A) in the event that we believe that the Services are being or have been used in violation of the Terms and Conditions or to commit unlawful acts; (B) if the information is subpoenaed; provided, however, that, where permitted by applicable law, we shall provide you with e-mail notice, and opportunity to challenge the subpoena, prior to disclosure of any personal information pursuant to a subpoena; or (C) if we are sold, merge with a third-party, are acquired or are the subject of bankruptcy proceedings; provided, however, that if domain is involved in a bankruptcy proceeding, merger, acquisition or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on the Site of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices that you may have regarding your personal information.
You hereby consent to the disclosure of any record or communication to any third-party when we, in our sole discretion, determine the disclosure to be appropriate including, without limitation, sharing your e-mail address with third-parties for suppression purposes in compliance with applicable law, including the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, as amended from time to time. Users should also be aware that courts of equity, such as U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, might have the authority under certain circumstances to permit personal information to be shared or transferred to third-parties without permission.
Your California Privacy Rights
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, CA Civil Code § 1798.83, and California Consumer Protection Act of 2018, as a resident of the State of California, certain privacy-related rights may apply to you, including the right to opt-out of our sale of your personal information, as well as the right to know what personal information about you we have collected, whether your personal information was shared with third-parties in the preceding year and, if so, what categories of personal information were shared, as well as the names and addresses of those third-parties.
To request such information or for your information to be deleted, please send an email message to [email protected] with “Request for California Privacy Information” on the subject line and in the body of your message. We will provide the requested information to you at your e-mail address in response. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.
Also, upon receipt of such request, we shall delete the information and shall direct its partners to delete the information from its records as well, except under limited circumstances where the user’s information is required to: (1) compute the transaction for which the personal information was collected, provide a good or service requested by the user, or reasonably anticipated within the context of domain’s ongoing business relationship with the User, or otherwise perform a contract between domain and the user; (2) detect security incidents; protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity; (3) debug to identify and repair errors existing intended functionality; (4) exercise free speech, ensure the right of another User to exercise his/her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law; (5) comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act; (6) engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest; (7) to enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with the expectations of the user based on the user’s relationship with lendeconomy.com; (8) comply with a legal obligation; (9) otherwise use the user’s personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which the user provided the information.

Deleting, Modifying and Updating Your Information
At your request, we will: (a) inform you of what personal information we have on file for you; (b) amend the personal information that we have on file for you; and/or (c) remove personal information that you have provided to us, or that we have collected. You may do so by e-mailing us at: [email protected] We ask individual Users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes).
Please be advised that deleting your personal information may terminate your access to certain parts of the Site. If you wish to continue using the full complement of Site and Services, you may not be able to delete all of the personal information that we have on file for you.
Please be further advised that, after you delete your personal information, residual copies may take a period of time before they are deleted from our active servers and may remain in our backup systems.
